GIGGLE'S Devon Rex

Welcome to contact me via my contact form besides here and tell me which kitten you are interested in, what your wishes are, breeding or showing or just a cozy, active, wild and absolutely wonderful little gremlin from us as your beloved familymember.

If you have a preference for a color or you absolutely want a girl or a boy, you can put an option on a kitten, when the page for the litter is created and you send me your whishes and your motivations.

Our kittens do not leave our cattery until they are 14 weeks old.

Our kittens are weighed and handled every day, raised in our house to the rhythm of daily noises!

Each kitten has its own character: some like to be held in your arms, others are super playful, others are greedy and others curl up on your lap to have cuddles. They are all different despite the very curious nature of the Devon Rex.

We try to get them used to as many different noises as possible and to ensure that they are not afraid of anything (example: vacuum cleaner). Some may, however, be a little more wild than others.

Despite all this, be aware that it is a kitten, a small living being and not a stuffed animal. It is quite capable of doing some silly things, of asking for your attention when you do not necessarily want it, of being a little too present for your liking when you would like to be left alone, etc . . .  but that is also its charm.

When can you reserve your kitten?

We accept deposits from firm reservations  when the kittens are 6 weeks old.

After the birth of a litter of kittens, photos are put on the page dedicated to the litter so that you can follow them from birth, you will be able to see their evolution as we go along, and we add new photos almost evey day.

How to put an option, then reserve your kitten

At the same time as you send me the presentation document (contact form besides here) about you, you can indicate your availability so that I can contact you by phone, unless you prefer to call me yourself, please notice I speek only english or swedish over the phone, too difficult for me to speak frence, thank you.

We do not accept visits to our cattery, read our policies here

If we are agreed and you are ready for adoption, we will give you a reservation contract drawn up in 2 copies which you will have to accept, if its terms agree with you, by signing this document and giving me the deposit of 30% of the kittens full price, €2800, in meaning €840 transferred to my bankaccount.

One copy of the reservation contract will be given to you and the other will remain in my possession.

Article 1590 of the Civil Code stipulates that "if it is the buyer who withdraws, he will lose the deposit paid; if it is the seller who withdraws, he must return double the deposit received at the time of the order." This is a general rule: it is therefore applicable even in the event of conflicting requirements in the contract.

Finally, you should be aware that, unless otherwise specified, amounts paid in advance are considered a deposit.

A deposit is an initial payment to be made in the event of a purchase. It implies a firm commitment from both parties: the buyer is obliged to pay the remainder of the amount and receive the cat, and the seller must sell the cat according to the terms and schedule.

There is no possibility of withdrawal, unless otherwise specified in the contract (the latter may, for example, stipulate that the amount of the deposit will remain acquired by the seller if the buyer ultimately backs out). If one of the two parties does not respect its commitment and ultimately decides to withdraw without any clause in the contract providing for this possibility, it may be required to pay damages.

Here in France every breeder and buyer needs to sign this document, that I will send to you by post, and you need to sign and agree and return to me by post, it should have reached me 7 days before your day of delivery of your bought kitten
